WITH reference to your letter of the 26th ultimo, I am directed by Secretary

Foreign Office, September 7, 1911. Sir E. Grey to transmit to you, to be laid before the Board of Trade, copy of a letter from the India Office respecting the proposed opium conference.*

I am to enquire whether there is any probability of information as to the manufacture of morphia and cocaine in this country being shortly available.
